In 2011, the European Network Against Racism (ENAR) published a report of the Second ENAR Ad Hoc Expert Group on Promoting Equality in Employment.
The report assesses whether existing monitoring tools on diversity, particularly in relation to migrants and ethnic and religious minorities, are effective and suggests options for addressing the limitations identified, including indicators, targets, and benchmarks.
