ENEI, the Employers’ Network for Equality and Inclusion, are holding a simulated tribunal hearing to explore the issue of neurodiversity and the importance of providing appropriate reasonable adjustments.
The hearing will help participants to understand what it feels like to be in a tribunal situation, and deepen their understanding of aspects of the law around unfair dismissal, and discrimination issues relating to protected characteristics.
