EHRC research on targeted harassment and violence

On 31 October 2011, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) published ‘Public authority commitment and action to eliminate targeted harassment and violence’ (research report 74).

The research report provides the first attempt at a systematic investigation of what public authorities in Britain are doing to eliminate targeted harassment directed at people on the grounds of age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation or transgender status.
