EHRC research on disabled people’s experiences at work

Barriers to employment and unfair treatment at work: a quantitative analysis of disabled people’s experiences (PDF) was published in Autumn 2013 by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC).

This research shows that unfair treatment or discrimination at work is part of a larger pattern of disadvantage for disabled people, including lower employment rates, poorer quality jobs and multiple barriers to work.
