On 1 April 2014, the Equality and Diversity Forum Research Network and King’s College London Law School hosted an Anglo-American discussion asking: Does ‘diversity management’ reduce discrimination?
The keynote speaker was David Oppenheimer, Clinical Professor of Law, Berkeley Law with responses from Robin Allen QC, Head of Cloisters and Geraldine Healy, Professor of Employment Relations, Queen Mary University of London. The discussion was chaired by Maleiha Malik, Professor of Law at King’s College London and member of the EDF Research Network Steering Group.
