The government describes Levelling Up as ‘a moral, social and economic programme for the whole of government’. The Levelling Up white paper sets out how they intend to spread opportunity more equally across the UK.
The white paper is intended to be ‘the catalyst for delivering a long-term programme of change to unlock the potential of people and places in every part of the UK.’
