Hate crime and crimes against older people report 2013-2014 was published by the Crown Prosecution Service in October 2014.
The report shows that the volume of cases referred by the police for decision, as well as the number of completed prosecutions, have increased and there has been a significant improvement in the conviction rate from 82.6% to 84.7%.
