The Casey Review report into opportunity and integration was published in December 2016. In July 2015, at the request of the then Prime Minister and Home Secretary, Dame Louise Casey was asked to undertake a review into integration and opportunity in our most isolated and deprived communities, and this report gives the findings of the review.
The report is published alongside an executive summary, which states that “despite the long-standing and growing diversity of our nation, and the sense that people from different backgrounds get on well together at a general level, community cohesion did not feel universally strong across the country.”
