The closing date for submissions to the Joint Committee on Human Rights (JCHR) inquiry into the implications for access to justice of the Government’s proposed judicial review reforms was 27 November 2013.
The Government consultation on potential measures for the further reform of Judicial Review ran from 6 September to 1 November 2013. The Equality and Diversity Forum and other organisations responded to the Government consultation.
