The Cabinet Office launched a consultation into developing common measures for employers on the socioeconomic backgrounds of their workforce and applicants in June 2016.
This engagement exercise seeks views to inform the development of a recommended set of socioeconomic backgrounds (SEB) measures, for employers to measure socioeconomic diversity of their workforce and applicants.
The deadline for comments was 24 June 2016.
