Francesca Klug: ‘The Human Rights Act is a British bill of rights’

Writing in The Guardian on 13 December 2012, Francesca Klug, Professorial Research Fellow at the LSE argues that the Human Rights Act is ‘an example of British legislation that has enabled people from all walks of life to claim their rights here rather than in Strasbourg’.
